Conducted on-site observations of traditional manual tea-picking practices to understand workflow, efficiency limitations, and ergonomic challenges. Through field observation and informal conversations with tea pickers, identified key issues such as repetitive hand strain, low picking efficiency, and the lack of integrated tools to support the process. These insights inspired the development of a glove-based solution that integrates ergonomic design with functional features, aiming to improve picking efficiency while reducing user fatigue and maintaining flexibility, durability, and precision.
